Woodland Section 3.021, Subdivision 3 which requires a

It would seem from the sketch that it would be
possible to meet the 20 foot requirement by placing
the lift on the other side of the dock.
The District will take no further action in the
matter provided you advise us within ten days
that the canopy has been brought into conformance
with the LMCD Code.
