As a result wind generators are prohibited. The wind generator and the poles must be removed from the property. Additionally,the concrete footings must also be removed as they constitute illegal hardcover within the 0 to 75'lakeshore setback zone. ' This letter will serve as your notice that you must cease and desist with all construction acthrity on your property not covered by an active building permit.Further this letter serves as your nodce that the wind generator,poles and concrete footings must be removed from the property before Monday, July 9,2012 in order to avoid legal action by the City.
