RIGHT OF WAY ENCROACHMENT PERMIT
On Friday, May 5, 2012, I reviewed the curb in front of 1386 Rest Point Road. The curb does serve
a valid function of redirecting storm sewer away from the property at 1386 Rest Point Road. In my
review of the curb,the curb's slight encroachment does not pose a health safety risk.
The City hereby approves the encroachment of the curb in accordance to Section 18- 76-111, in
front of 1386 Rest Point Road on the City's right-of-way. The City may, at its sole discretion,
terminate this permit at any time by giving the Owner of the subject property thirty (30) days
advanced written notice and can remove the curb without compensation to the owner.
