Dear Dave:
In July of 2002 you were granted variances to allow an addition to your home. The City
Zoning Department will be inspecting your pro�erty on July 7, 2006 to confirm that your yard
meets the requirements of Resolution#4834. The conditions to be verified include:
1. Removal of full sized garage door to upper level of detached garage to convert garage to
storage building.
2. Removal of driveway to that same building.
3. Hardcover in 0-75' and 75-250' setbacic zones.
At the s�ne time we will be checicing to verify that the new fence erected near your south
property line meets the non-encroaclunent standards:
1. Not over 6' high near property line
2. No more than 42" high in the required 30' deep street yard.
3. Not within 75' of Lal<e Minnetonlca
