RE: Property Complaint Received
Dear Jay,
Thank you for taking the time to submit your concern. We have received the property
complaint and it will be forwarded to the appropriate City staff for review and complaint
investigation, which may involve a property inspection. If violations of the City Code are
identified, the property owner will be notified of the violation and be provided a timeline for
compliance.
Please be aware, it is not the City's standard practice to offer status updates or progress reports
to complainants regarding property violations as they are classified as ongoing investigations
until closed. Once the complaint file has been closed, you will be able to review the City's
street file at City Hall during regular office hours.

Dear Mr. Blodgett:
The City has received a complaint about feeding of waterfowl on your property at 1380 Rest
Point Road. This letter is to notify you that feeding of waterfowl is a violation of City Ordinance
No. 9.13, Subd. 14 (enclosed). Therefore, if you are feeding,the City must require you to cease.
