Re: Expiration of Variance Approval
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Bloom:
A review of our files inclicates that you have yet to pick up the
permit for your additions, for which a variance was granted on
September 25, 1989. Although you made the permit application on
September 17, 1990, meeting the one year deadline, the permit has not
yet been obtained more than fourteen months after the variance
expiration date. ;
Per Zoning Code Section 10.08, Subdivision 8, your variance is now
considered expired. A copy of that code section is attached.
Before a permit can be issued for the proposed additions, you must
apply for and be granted a renewal variance by the City Council.
Please contact me at 473-7357 if you have any questions. A renewal
variance application form is attached for your use.
Sincerely,
