RE: Letter of Agreement Regarding Hardcover Removals
Dear Mr. Moorse:
Resolution# 5259 allows a proposed remodeling project on my property at 1354 Rest
Point Circle,but requires the removal of existing hardcover(landscape rock, and plastic
and fabric underlayment) as a condition of the approval. All hardcover removals are
normally required to be complete prior to the issuance of a building permit. Due to this
time of year not being the optimum time to accomplish the hardcover removals, I have
requested an extension of the ti for acc m lishi g the hardcover removals. You have
agreed to an extension to Junei�l005.
If the hardcover removals are not completed by June 30, 2005, I agree that the City of
Orono is authorized to remove the hardcover. I agree that I will pay the costs incurred by
the City for the hardcover removals. If I do not pay the costs of the hardcover removals, I
agree that the costs can be assessed to my property, and that I waive appeal of the
assessment.
