Re: Building Permit Application for 1354 Rest Point Circle
The City has completed its review of the building permit application for a stairway to the
lake at the above address which was received by this office on August 7, 2007. The
above referenced property is located within the LR-1 B zoning district requiring a 10' side
setback. The structure in question has a portion which crosses your property line and the
remainder is located too cfose to the lot line. As a result, the building permit for the
staircase at 1354 Rest Point Circle has been denied. Therefore, enclosed you will find the
original application and plans submitted to the City.
Please submit a new building permit application reflecting the entire stairway to be
constructed meeting the 10' side setback or a different alternative plan meeting Code
requirements.
