between Louis B. Baldwin, a single person, hereinafter refened to as "Grantor", and the City of
Orono, a municipal corporation, under the laws of the State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to
as "Crrantee".
WITNESSETf� that Grantor, in considera:tion of the sum of One Dollar �$1.00) and for
other good and valuable consideration given b3� �"irantee, the receipt of which is acknowledged
by Grantor(s), does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to Grazrtee, its successors and assigns,
