the approved plans and specifications,app(icable City approvals,and the
State I3uilding Code. This permit is for oniy the work described and does
not grant permission for additional or related work which requires separate
permits. All provisions of laws and ordinances goveming this type of work
- shall be compied with whether or not specified herein.This permit will
expire and become null and void if construction authorized is not
commenced within 180 days of the date of issuance,or if construction is
suspended for a period of 180 days at any time after work has commenced.
The applicant is responsible for assuring all required inspections are
requested in wnformance with the State Building Code.This permit may be
revoked at any time for due cause.

public property or infrastruetufie that is caused by the wo�lc (including plannirrg, ertgineerinq, or tegal consultant

3. NIONTHLY BILUNG. As the City receives consultant b'rlls for irtcurred costs,the City will in tum

�eceipt of bill.
4. [)f38URSEMENT FROM ESCROW ACGOUNT. in the ever�t that d�+e flwners do not m�ke
payment to the City within the timeframe outtined in#3 attove,shalF issue a Stap Work�rder unt�1 the Owners pay
al!exper►ses invoiced pursuant to#3. The City may draw from the eserow account withoat fwrCher ap►xovai of the
C�rners to reimburse the City for eiigible expenses the City has incurred.
5. CIOSiFIG ESCROW. The Balance un deposit in the escxow, if any, shalt be returned ta the
O+nmers when the review has been completed and written n�tifrcation is receiwed from the Owners requesting the
ftrnds.
6. CER'fIFY UNPAI�CNARGfS. tf the project is abandoned by Owners,or if the e.ligible expenses
incurred by the City exceed the amount in escrow,the City shai]have#he right to cerMy the unpaid balance to the
subjed property pursuant to Minn.Stat.§§4'[5.01 and 3fi6.Uf 2.
