State Building Code. This permit is for only the work described and does
not grant permission for additional or related work which requires sepazate
permits. All provisions of laws and ordinances goveming this type of work

expire and become null and void if construction authorized is not
commenced within 180 days of the date of issuance,or if construction is

engineering matters:
• The root systems of the existing vegetation should remain in place as an erosion control
measure.
• The proposed silt fence should be in place prior to any project work.
• The landscaping plan appears acceptable from an engineering standpoint.

Thanks for your call today regarding the permit application for 1348 Rest Point Cir (#2011-00163). As you know, our
engineer's review takes approximately a week. I sent this to him after receiving the drawings on April 4th so comments
on the plan as submitted should be in some time on Monday (as that is the deadline I provided). Once the engineer
approves the project I can issue the permit. Please note, footing inspections will be required for both the stairs and the
wall.
Based on our discussions and site review the plans should not require much modification. However, if you wish to
change the proposal - as we discussed today to potentially remove some of the landscaping areas - the review time will
need to be e�ended.

below.
