between Louis B. Baldwin, a single persoq hereinafter referred to as "Grantor", and the City of
Orono, a municipal corporation, under the laws of the State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to
as "Grantee".
WITNESSET�-I, that CrrantQr, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.04) and for
other good and valuable consideration given by Grantee, the receipt of which is acknowledged
by Grantor(s), does hereby grant, bazgain, sell and convey to Gramee, its successors and assigns,
an easement for drainage purposes and over, under and across the southwesterly 5.00 feet of Lot
1 l, Rest Point Park,Hennepin Cowrty,Minnesota.
In addition to any other remedy the Grantee ma� have, the covenams and restrictions
contained herein may'be enforced by injunetion.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said easement unto said Grantee, its successors and assigns,
permanently.
