A separate utility Permit will be required for the sanitary sewer connection. 2. Extra care must be taken to ensure surface run off is not directed toward neighboring properties. 3. Perimeter sediment control measures must be installed by the Contractor and inspected by the City prior to any work, including demolition.Contractor must provide minimum 24 hour notice prior to inspection. 4. Soil stockpiles must be more than 25 feet from a road,drainage channel or stormwater inlet. Stockpiles must be controlled with perimeter control devices such as silt fence. If left for more than 14 days,erosion from stockpiles must be controlled with must be stabilized with mulch,vegetation,tarps or other means.
