My clients have decided not to build on the lot we received the variance on at 1325 Rest Point in Orono. I believe I have
some escrow checks deposited with the city. Please let me know who I speak to or what the process is for having them
refunded to me.

As you know, the variance was approved last night. When you submit for the building permit, please ensure the site
plan includes grading contours (2 foot intervals).
