I hereby certify that this is a true and correct representation of a survey of the boundaries of:
That part of the Northeast ?/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 10, Township 117, Range 23, Test of the Fifth Principal
Meridian described as follows: Gommencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 6 �lbr-idge S. Barnes' rust Subdivision of
said Section 10; thence Southwesterly along the Easterly line of the right of way of ,the Great Northern Railway
297.06 feet; thence Southeasterly at an angle of 90 degrees to said right of way line' 40 feet to a point on the East—
erly line of Railroad Avenue, said point being the -dual point of beginning of the turact of land to be described;
thence Southeasterly at an angle 90 degrees to thee_easterly line of Railroad Avenue 15 feat; thence Southwesterly at
right angles 60 feet; thence Northwesterly at right angles, 125 feet to the Easterly 'line o' Railroad Avenue; thence
Northeasterly along said Easterly line 60 feet, to the actual point of beginning.
And of the location of all buildings, thereon, and all visible encroachments, if any, f�eiii or on said land. As surveyed
