Dear Mr. & Mrs. Rohmann:
2 am sure you are aware of the deve 1 opment of the property
across the street from you by Landstar Development Corporation.
Because of their development, the City of Orono has received
monies from Landstar to perform repairs and a bituminous overlay
to Old Beach Road. It is our intent to take care of some
drainage problems and to create a more even width shoulder on
your side of the road prior to placing the bituminous overlay. I
would like to meet with you on the site to review with you the
type o� work the City will be performing.
