RE: Hennepin County Housing Rehabilitation Deferred Payment Loan Program
The Hennepin County Housing Rehabilitation program will be issuing Proceed to Work
orders to Ditter, Inc., Dan Fowser Electric and Earl W. Day & Sons, Inc. for improvement
work at 2150 Prospect Avenue. A list of the improvements is attached.
As part of the work contract, the contractors are responsible for securing all necessary
permits and licenses required in accordance with all State and local building codes and
trade standards.
