If the limiting soil <br /> characteristic ha� not been ident ied, this classification may be subject to revision.) <br /> TANK CONDITION (5-10): <br /> � inspection indicates: <br /> 5 Punpout not needed at tllis time. <br /> Sol�ds accunulation in nks indicates they should be rxniped out this year to help prevent future problems. <br /> 7 Solids accunulation in ; anks is at a critical level. 'fanks should be punped out as soon as possible. <br /> 8 System is discharging t the surface. Tanks must be punped out within 48 hours to eliminate surface dischar$e. <br /> 9 Inspection risers missi -tanks could not be inspected. Inspection risers (4" dia. pipe) must be installed in each <br /> tank at next punp�ut. If tanks have not been pu�ed ait with�n the last three years, they should be punped <br /> out now. <br /> 10 Inspection pipe is loca�ed directly over tank beffle (does not give accurate measurement of solids accunulation). <br /> If tanks have not peen punped out within the last three years, they should be punped out now. <br /> DRAINFIELO CONDITION (11-14): <br /> Dper'�field inspection indicat�s: <br /> 117J Drainfield is dry, no su facing evident. <br /> 'I� Same evidence of surfac¢ g, not critical yet. <br /> 13 Drainfield is saturateRi and visibly discharging untreated effluent to the surface.
