TANK CONDITION (5-10): � inspection indicates: 5 Punpout not needed at tllis time. Sol�ds accunulation in nks indicates they should be rxniped out this year to help prevent future problems. 7 Solids accunulation in ; anks is at a critical level. 'fanks should be punped out as soon as possible. 8 System is discharging t the surface. Tanks must be punped out within 48 hours to eliminate surface dischar$e. 9 Inspection risers missi -tanks could not be inspected. Inspection risers (4" dia. pipe) must be installed in each tank at next punp�ut. If tanks have not been pu�ed ait with�n the last three years, they should be punped out now. 10 Inspection pipe is loca�ed directly over tank beffle (does not give accurate measurement of solids accunulation). If tanks have not peen punped out within the last three years, they should be punped out now.
