Custom Design � & Installation The home is a recent purchase for the current homeowner, Wendy McLaughlin. In purchasing the home no disclosure was ever given by the previous homeowners in regards to the fact that much of the site is considered wetland. Nor did the previous owner divulge any information to the sites reaction to rainfalls and seasonal differences.
