<br /> I walked back and the area that is flooding over now and the same area that Lyle Oman
<br /> pointed out is over 40 feet(that definite{y has to be raised and has been flooding). This
<br /> starts from the beginning of your boulders behind the shop down through the area where
<br /> you will be lowering the ground for the swale.
<br /> Then I take it you will be lowering the sod all the way along the west side of the boulders.
<br /> The swale down will be down another 15 or more inches.
<br /> It will sure feel good to get this water problem out of the way.
