The contractor must provide a <br /> minimum of a 24 hour notice prior to inspection. <br /> Erosion control shall be installed and maintained throughout the entire �' <br /> project and must remain until vegetation has been established. <br /> No underground sewer within 20 feet of well. <br /> Prior to the finalization of and prior to closing out the permit an as-built <br /> survey and hardcover calculations must be submitted and approved. <br /> In the event of winter or other unfavorable weather conditions (which <br /> prevent the completion of the exterior improvements and/or as-built <br /> survey) a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) may be necessary.
