We have the following comments with regards to engineering matters: <br /> • The as-built plan submitted does not appear to contain any as-built elevation <br /> information. The plan should provide enough as-built information to show that proposed <br /> grading did take place according to the approved plans. For this site, showing the EOF <br /> elevation at the driveway is critical.
