This has yet to be completed. <br /> Please submit a legal description for the easement area and our attorney will draft the easement document. Additionally, <br /> if the parties who currently have an easement over the Haddens' property for ingress and egress to the lake (as <br /> previously noted) haven't extinguished their easement they will need to sign the new easement to the Ciry. This is <br /> because some neighbors have rights over the Haddens' property which they must either remove or participate in the <br /> granting of the new easement. Please either submit evidence of the extinguishment of the existing easement or provide <br /> me with the names of the parties to be included in the new easement. <br /> Once I receive the information our attorney will draft the easement document for signature(s). I will provide you with the <br /> drafted easement document and all interested parties will have to sign. After that, you will need to submit it to me and I <br /> can then issue the Haddens'C.O. <br /> I apologize if this is at all confusing. Let me know if you or the Haddens have any questions.
