This has yet to be completed. <br /> Please submit a legal description for the easement area and our attorney will draft the easement document. <br /> Additionally, if the parties who currently have an easement over the Haddens' property for ingress and egress to the <br /> lake (as previously noted) haven't extinguished their easement they will need to sign the new easement to the City. <br /> This is because some neighbors have rights over the Haddens' property which they must either remove or participate <br /> in the granting of the new easement. Please either submit evidence of the extinguishment of the existing easement or <br /> provide me with the names of the parties to be included in the new easement. <br /> Once I receive the information our attorney will draft the easement document for signature(s). I will provide you with <br /> the drafted easement document and all interested parties will have to sign. After that, you will need to submit it to me <br /> and I can then issue the Haddens'C.O. <br /> I apologize if this is at all confusing. Let me know if you or the Haddens have any questions.
