As of April 16th, 2015 this property was pending a wetland determination. The file does not include the results <br /> of that delineation. The As-built should depict any wetlands that were delineated as well as appropriate buffers. <br /> 2. The As-built depicts a retaining wall and stone steps near that lake that were not on the approved plan and <br /> could potentially be within the wetland area. <br /> Adam <br /> � <br />
