We will also require a recorded declaration and buffer
maintenance agreement for the buffers, as outlined in the conditions of your permit(attached for your reference).
Thanks again for your attention to the bioroll concern, and I look forward to working with you through the wetland
process, too! If you have any questions about that part of the permitting process, please do not hesitate to contact me!
Sincerely,
Beth Brown
Permitting Technician
Minnehaha Creek Watershed District
ebrown@minnehahacreek.or
952-641-4504
IVIINNiAHA CREEIC
wwtERtE RISxRiCt
From: Elizabeth Brown
Sent:Thursday,April 16,2015 5:14 PM
To: 'dorian@thompsondb.com'
Subject: Biorolls-930 Partenwood Rd
Hi Dorian,
Just following up about the slight bioroll concern at 930 Partenwood Road in Orono. I've attached a couple of pictures
that I snapped, and looking back at them, I see that your intuition was right about the dirt spillage being near the rock
pile.As I mentioned during our phone call, the watershed district would like to see the leakage addressed so that dirt
doesn't runoff down into the lake. Fortunately, it seems like just a quick fix is necessary, like some doubling up of the
biorolls.
I look forward to hearing back once you've looked into fixing the biorolls—it was nice to speak with you today!
