LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT DECISION Date of Decision: 10/1/15 � Approved ❑ Approved with conditions(include below) ❑ Denied LGU Findings and Conclusions(attach additional sheets as necessary): Kirk&Pam Moore applied for wetland boundary&type confirmation for the wetlands located at 930 Partenwood Road in the City of Orono, Hennepin County, Minnesota(PID 0811723210007). Legal description: Section 8, Township 117N, Range 23 W. The boundary/type approval was requested in association with MCWD permit#14-600 for the construction of a new principal residence. A wetland delineation was conducted by Kjolhaug Environmental Services Company, Inc on July 7, 2015. A complete delineation report and WCA application were submitted to MCWD on August 19, 2015. One wetland was delineated on site. Wetland 1 was identified as a Type 3, shallow marsh. MCWD and BWSR reviewed the boundaries in the field on 9/23/15. MCWD and BWSR were in agreement with the boundaries of the wetlands on site. Recent sand/sediment fill was observed within the wetland and must be removed in accordance with the forthcoming MCWD Notice of Probable Violation. MCWD approves the wetland boundaries and types as delineated in the field and documented in the delineation re ort.
