Legal description: Section 8, Township 117N, Range 23 W. A complete delineation report and WCA application were submitted to MCWD
on August 19, 2015. One wetland was delineated on site. Wetland 1 was identified as a Type
3, shallow marsh.
MCWD and BWSR reviewed the boundaries in the field on 9/23/15. MCWD and BWSR were in
agreement with the boundaries of the wetlands on site. Recent sand/sediment fill was observed within
the wetland and must be removed in accordance with the forthcoming MCWD Notice of Probable
Violation.
MCWD approves the wetland boundaries and types as delineated in the field and documented in the
delineation re ort.
