The DNR provided us a copy of the application. The plans included <br /> with your application are not very detailed. Looking at the photographs and a survey in our files from <br /> when your house was build, it appears that to achieve the proposed 3 to 1 slope on the riprap it will be <br /> necessary to re-grade your property adjacent to the lake. It also appears that the grading will disturb <br /> more than 10 cubic yards. This will require a conditional use permit (in addition to permits required <br /> from other entities). I have enclosed an application packet.
