In-kind replacement means constructed in the same footprint (or smaller); in the same location; and not <br /> exceeding the existing square footage —essentially repaving the driveway as it exists. Staff conducted a preliminary <br /> review based on the following information provided with the permit application and/or within the property file: <br /> • An as-built survey and hardcover calculations dated 7-23-2015. <br /> • Hardcover calculations dated 9-11-2014 relating to the survey dated 12-11-2014. <br /> In comparing the 2014 and 2015 information it is apparent that additional hardcover was added to the property. Your <br /> property is located in Tier 1 of the Stormwater Quality Overlay District where 25%hardcover is the maximum allowed. <br /> The as-built hardcover calculations result in 3330%hardcover. The hardcover calculations dated 9-11-2014 are shown <br /> as 39.21%, however we believe the calculation is incorrect and the 2014 calculation should be noted as 32.3% (see <br /> enclosed notes). As a result of the project,the property exceeds the previous level by 129 square feet and an after- <br /> the-fact permit cannot be issued. In order to approve the permit the excess hardcover must be removed.
