Just prior to the visit, the shed was <br /> tipped over and moved off the neighbor's .property exposing the contents. Due to the <br /> circumstances, Mrs. Laue asked to have until October 23, 1995 to clean up the items. As of <br /> this date, the area has not been cleaned up and the shed has not been repaired or replaced.. <br /> This letter is to require you to clean up the area and remove the shed, or if you wish to reuse <br /> it you must apply for a building permit to place it in an acceptable location. A deadline of <br /> May 27, 1996 has been established. If this deadline is not met, the City will initiate legal <br /> action.
