As long as your structure meets the <br /> definition of a lock box as provided and is set back at least 10'from the side lot line it will be approved. The permitting <br /> process will unfortunately take longer than a day or two. Your deadline is today. <br /> A survey is required, including hardcover calculations. There will be no plan review fee but there will be a construction <br /> escrow, required before the permit is issued, of$2500. This guarantees erosion control and compliance with the <br /> proposed plan.
