Staff has conducted a preliminary review based on the <br /> information provided and requests the following be submitted in order for your application to be considered completed <br /> and for our review to continue: <br /> • Please submit a survey, aerial photo or sketch plan showing all structures, noting which structures are to be <br /> demolished and showing proposed erosion control measures. <br /> • Zoning Disclosure Form. The property owner must sign the attached Zoning Disclosure Form and return. <br /> • An escrow agreement was signed and returned, but before we issue the demolition permit a$2,500 escrow check <br /> must be received. <br /> • Your project may trigger the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District's (MCWD) permitting requirements; please <br /> contact the MCWD directly at 952-471-0590 regarding your project. Please note,the City of Orono will not issue <br /> a demolition permit without a copy of MCWD permits or documentation from the MCWD stating the proposed <br /> project does not trigger any of their permitting requirements. <br /> Please note,the sewer must be discontinued at the City service by a qualified contractor before the demolition permit is <br /> issued. <br /> The above information is required in order for our review to continue.
