���p CITY OF ORONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � `� No. 6 8 7 6 <br /> ��' G <br /> t'�kFs H OQ-� <br /> A RESOLUTION <br /> APPROVING VARIANCES FROM <br /> MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br /> SECTION 78-330 <br /> FILE NO. LA18-000039 <br /> WHEREAS, on April 16, 2018, Catherine Meyer (the "Applicant"), applied for <br /> variances from the City Code for the property addressed 493 Park Avenue, owned by the Applicant <br /> and legally described as: <br /> Lots 7 and 8, Block 2, Minnetonka Summit Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota <br /> (hereinafter the"Property"); <br /> WHEREAS, the Applicant has made application to the City of Orono for variances <br /> to Orono Municipal Zoning Code Section 78-330 to allow development of a property with 0.25 <br /> acre in area where 1.0 acre is required, and having 100 feet in width where 140 feet is required; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, on May 21, 2018, after published and mailed notice in accordance with <br /> Minnesota Statutes and the City Code, the Planning Commission held a public hearing, at which <br /> time all persons desiring to be heard concerning this application were given the opportunity to <br /> speak thereon; and <br /> WHEREAS, on May 21, 2018, the Planning Commission recommended approval <br /> of the variance; and <br /> WHEREAS, on June 11, 2018, the City Council reviewed the application and the <br /> recommendations of the Planning Commission and City staff; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Orono, Minnesota <br /> hereby approves the requested variances as described above based on one or more of the <br /> following findings of fact concerning the Property: <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT: <br /> 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File #LA18-000039. The analysis contained <br /> within staff memos and the exhibits attached to the aforesaid memos, all minutes from the <br /> above mentioned meetings, and any and all other materials distributed at these meetings <br /> are hereby incorporated by reference. <br /> 1 <br />
