, . .. <br /> � � � � � <br /> � EX�TT B <br /> HOLD HARMLESS AND 1NDEMrTIFICATION AGREEMENT <br /> Brent and Kathryn Bentrott, 1453 Park Drive, shall indemnify and hold harmless the City, the City <br /> Council, and the agents and employees of the City from and against all claims, damages, losses or <br /> expenses, including attorney fees, which the City, City Council and agents and employees of the <br /> City may suffer to for which it may be held liable, arising debts or obligations in consequence of his <br /> performance of the following improvements: <br /> Retaining walls and driveway in Bluff Street. <br /> Driveway and curbs in Park Drive. <br /> No permanent easement, or property rights are being granted by the City of Orono as a result of <br /> these improvements being located on the City right-of-way.
