<br /> hereinafter referred to a� "Grantor(s) " , and the City of Orono, a
<br /> municipal corporation, under the laws of the State of Minnesota,
<br /> hereinafter referred to as "Grantee" .
<br /> . WITAIESSETH, that Grantor (s) , in consideration of the sum ot
<br /> One Dollar {$1.00) and for other good and valuable consideration given
<br /> by Grantee, the receipt of which is acknowledged by Grantor (s)�, do �j
<br /> hereby grant, bargain, sell ar�d convey ,to Grantee, its successors and
<br /> assigns, an easement for public ingress, egress, access, road and
<br /> utilities purposes and uses, on, across and uncYer the land in the
<br /> County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota as follows:
<br /> A ea.sement for utility purposes over that part of "Sa�a Hill Park,
<br /> Hennepin Co., Minn.", which lies raithin 10 feet on each side of the
<br /> following described centerline: �
<br /> Comnencing at the most Westerly corner of Lot 7, Block 15, "� �-11
<br /> � 'Revised, Hermepin Co., Minn."; thence on an asswned bearing of South
<br /> 18 degrees 31 minutes East along the Southwesterly line of said Lot 7
<br /> to the most Southerly corner of said Lot• 7; thence continuing So�th
<br /> 18 degr�es 31 minutes East a distance of 55 feet; thence North 79 de-
<br /> grees East a distance of 160 feet to the point of beginning of the
<br /> centerline to be described;thence,South 18 de�rees 3c��utes West
<br /> a d�stance of 205 feet, ancl said centerline there end�.ng.
<br /> ir�cludirig, but not by way of limitation, a furl and free right and
<br /> authority to enter upon said l�nd to construct, install, maintain,
<br /> operate and repair a sanitary sewer interceptor, ��c�� main
<br /> or line, � water main or line, gravel or paved road and any and all
<br /> appurtenances including drainage control structures, incidental and
<br /> related thereto, (such are hereafter collectively referred to as the
<br /> Improvement) , and the• Grantee shall have the right to make such use
<br /> of said land as is reasonably necessary and advisable to the construction
<br /> installation, maintenance, operation and repair of the Improvement.
<br /> In addition to any other remedy the Grantee may have, the
<br /> . covenants and restrictions contained herein may be enforced by in-
<br /> junction.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said easement unto said Grantee, its
<br /> successors and assigns, permanently.
