Your <br /> application is complete; however, before we can issue the building permit we must receive an escrow and <br /> escrow agreement. <br /> Escrow & Escrow Agreement. Permits involving grading and/or review by the City's engineer require <br /> submittal of an escrow and an escrow agreement. The purpose of the escrow is to guarantee <br /> reimbursement to the City for out-of-pocket costs incurred during the review of your plans. Additionally <br /> this escrow will guarantee conformance with City Code Chapter 79 relating to erosion control and <br /> stormwater. Since this project does not involve any grading, the escrow amount for this project is$600. <br /> The escrow agreement is enclosed.
