Tanks should be p�n�ed out as soon as possible. <br /> 8 System is discharging to the surface. Tanks must be punped out within 48 hours to eliminate surface dischar�e. <br /> 9 Inspection risers missing-tanks could not be inspected. Inspection risers (4" dia. pipe) must be installed �n each <br /> tank at next pu�pout. Contact the City Inspector <br /> immediately.
