Donald Meyers, owner of <br /> combined lots 5 and 6 adjaeent to property on the nortn boundary <br /> line, made an informal offer to purchase the pronerty. <br /> 22. On November 20, 1984, Lonie Fisk formally accepted in a <br /> written letter submitted to the City, Donald Meyer's offer of <br /> $8 , 500.00. <br /> 23.
