It appears that you received the final inspection on the <br /> home,you were not issued a Certificate of Occupancy. <br /> Due to winter weather conditions,we are unable to verify all exte�ior site improvements have been completed as <br /> approved therefore as I discussed with you a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy can be issued upon receipt of a <br /> $10,000 escrow. This will be held until the improvements shown on the as-built survey and established vegetation can <br /> be verified. Attached is a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy escrow agreement.
