Your application is incomplete. <br /> The following items must be submitted or revised in order for your application to be considered complete <br /> and for the plan review to continue: <br /> 1. Certificate of Survey. A survey was submitted dated 1-10-13, but does not include the proposed <br /> erosion control measures, per the demolition permit application, Item #2. Please re-submit two <br /> copies of the sunrey with erosion control measures included. <br /> 2. Zoning Disclosure 8� Declaration Form. Please have the property owner read and sign the <br /> enclosed Zoning Disclosure& Declaration Form and return to the City. <br /> 3. Demolition Permit Application. The demolition permit application requires the property owner's <br /> signature. Please have the property owner sign and return to the City. <br /> 4. Escrow 8� Escrow Agreement. Permits involving grading and/or review by the City's engineer <br /> require submittal of an escrow and an escrow agreement. The purpose of the escrow is to <br /> guarantee reimbursement to the City fflr out-of-pocket costs incuned during the review of your plans. <br /> Additionally this escrow wil� guarantee conformance with City Code Chapter 79 relating to erosion <br /> control and stormwater. The required escrow amount for this project is $2,500. The escrow <br /> agreement is enclosed. The property owner must sign the escrow agreement. The City currently <br /> holds a check for$2,500. Returned the signed escrow agreement to the City. . <br /> The above information is required in order for the review to continue.
