Following <br /> are our comments for your consideration: <br /> 1. The retaining walls on the southwest side of the house have been significantly revised, and it is unclear what <br /> proposed elevations are. The Survey should be revised to provide more detail for all proposed retaining wall <br /> work. Provide top of wall and bottom of wall elevations in key locations (i.e. grade changes and alignment <br /> changes). Walls four feet or greater in height must be designed by a Professional Engineer, and plans submitted <br /> for review and approval.
