The driveway as depicted exceeds city width restrictions. The maximum driveway width allowed for residential <br /> properties is 20 ft. The minimum driveway width is 8 ft. 5 ft radius flares are allowed at the connection with the <br /> roadway. <br /> 2. A separate utility disconnection and connection permit will be required for the sanitary sewer connection. <br /> 3. Perimeter sediment control measures should be installed by the Contractor and inspected by the City prior to <br /> any work, including demolition.
