§ 10.28 <br /> A. Uses. Any conditional use as regulated in the "R-1A"District except for <br /> "Duplex Credit" and "Animals". <br /> B. Farms (Stock). Provided that the area is ten or more acres. <br /> C. Hospitals,Etc. Hospitals for human care,sanitariums,rest homes,nursing <br /> homes,provided that all buildings are located 100 feet or more from the lot line of any abutting lot <br /> in an"R" District.
