If the dumpster cannot be placed in your driveway, there may be an <br /> additional charge to place it in the street, if this is allowed in your area. This dumpster <br /> is for Les Jones Roofing's construction debris only. The landfill will not accept any type <br /> of household debris. <br /> • <br /> Trucks - While your job is in progress, we will need to utilize your driveway for <br /> delivery of equipment and materials. Our crew will plan to park in your driveway for <br /> access to their tools and equipment. If this is a problem, please notify us to request a <br /> different parking arrangement. <br /> Les Jones Roofing is licensed, bonded and insured. <br /> Necessary building permits will be obtained by Les Jones Roofing. <br /> • <br /> PAYMENT TERMS <br /> We will require a 30% down payment for this work. Please enclose your 30% down <br /> payment along with your signed copy of this contract. If the 30% is not endosed, we <br /> will notify you of your anticipated start date. Any project with an outstanding down <br /> payment will be subject to cancellation and will be rescheduled when the down payment <br /> is received. <br /> We will send monthly progress invoices at the end of each month.
