( -SZLk(2•_Ai lei <br /> CITY O Ili/- <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY NCIL <br /> 6527 NO. <br /> 'kEsxov-`" <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING <br /> SETBACK VARIANCES <br /> FROM ORONO MUNICIPAL CODE <br /> SECTIONS 78-420 <br /> FILE NO. 15-3744 <br /> WHEREAS, J Brunello LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Company, <br /> (hereinafter the "Owner") is the owner of the property located at 190 Orono Orchard Road <br /> South within the City of Orono (hereinafter "City") and legally described as: Lot 48, Orono <br /> Orchards, according to the plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter "the <br /> Property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, John Brunello, (hereinafter the "Applicant") on behalf of the <br /> Owner has made application to the City for a variance from Orono City Code Section 78-420 <br /> to permit construction of a new single family residence on the Property which has 1.5 acres <br /> (67,235 square feet) in area and 120 feet in width where 2.0 acres (87,120 square feet) in are <br /> and 200 feet of width is normally required; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Applicant has made application to the City for a variance from <br /> Orono City Code Section 78-420 to permit construction of a new single family residence on the <br /> Property 30.5 feet from the south side street property line where a 50 foot setback is required; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, after due published notice and mailed notice in accordance with <br /> Minnesota Statutes and the Orono, Minnesota, City Code, the Orono Planning Commission <br /> held a public hearing on June 15, 2015, at which time all persons desiring to be heard <br /> concerning this application were given the opportunity to speak thereon. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File #15-3744. <br /> 2. The Property is located in the RR-1 B One Family Lakeshore Residential Zoning District <br /> which requires a minimum lot area of 2.0 acres and a minimum lot width of 200'. <br /> 3. The Planning Commission reviewed this application on June 15, 2015, the Planning <br /> Commission voted 6 in favor and 0 opposed on a motion in favor of approval of the side <br /> street setback, lot area and lot width variances; based on the following findings: <br /> Page 1 of 4 <br />
