Deadline given 11/8/88. <br /> 11/8/88 phone call asking if plans are required, I said I <br /> would do a site inspec ion to determine. <br /> 11/18/88 site i spection found deck to be of all new <br /> construction. 7 days .o get permit noted on inspection slip left <br /> on site. <br /> 12/13/88 letter s ating legal action will be initiated if no <br /> permit by 12/19/88. <br /> 12/30/88 permit application received. <br /> 2/2/89 Zoning Department sends letter requiring a <br /> Certificate of Survey =nd hardcover calculations within 45 days. <br /> 4/18/89 no respo se from applicant - citation issued for <br /> working without buildi g permit. <br /> 6/8/89 applicant •oes not respond - Court sends delinquent <br /> ticket notice. <br /> 9/26/89 applicant does not respond - Attorney issues formal <br /> complaint. <br /> 10/17/89 failed t• appear. Bench warrant issued. <br /> 1/2/90 Building I spector requests police to enforce warrant <br /> (verbal) . <br /> 2/21/90 Buildin• Inspector request police to enforce <br /> warrant (in memo) . <br />
