As of <br /> this date the permit h s not been issued. <br /> A variance to th zoning code was granted on November 13 , <br /> 1990. Conditions of he variance were that a building permit be <br /> issued, deck located ess than 10' from the lot line was required <br /> to be removed, and 66 square feet of hardcover was required to <br /> be replaced with sod. Violation of this approval is punishable <br /> as a misdemeaner. <br /> Therefore the City must require you to do the following: <br /> 1. Obtain the blilding permit. <br /> 2. Remove decki g within 10' of the property line. <br /> 3. Remove hard over as required by approval resolution <br /> (attached) . <br /> I <br /> 4. Arrange an inspection and make any required inspections. <br /> If these items ave not been completed by July 15, 1991 <br /> citations will be is ued and you will be required to make a court <br /> appearance.
