M ,___514,5 9075 155Th STREET.
A DIVISIWRM SERVICES INC. KIMBALL,MN 55353
(320)398-2705
May 17,200
Jeff Ripley
Streeter&Associates
18312 Minn tonka Boulevard
Wayzata,M1155391
RE: Future Septic Site for 105 Orono Orchard Road,Orono,Minnesota.
In April of this year we had certified the existing mound system on the property and identified a future
septic site asrequired by the City of Orono for a permit to add onto the existing house. The original
future site w had identified now has been compromised and therefore requiring another future site to be
located. As er your request,we have identified another future septic site on the property
On May 17, 006,we revisited the site and identified another standard future mound site. Due to
limited space with undisturbed soils, the site does not meet the property line setbacks required by the
city of Orono. However,a setback conforming non-standard site could be established but approximately
10%of the absorption area will have fill soil. Based on our observations the fill soils are likely
overburden from when the original house was constructed. The fill consists of moderately blocky loam
mixed with clay loam(see attached soil boring logs). Either alternative will require approval from the
city.
Please forward this letter as well as the attached soil boring logs and drawings to the City of Orono for
their review. If you have any questions feel free to contact me,I can be reached at 320-398-2705
Sincerely,
Miller's Sew ge Treatment Solutions
__.. .L "Z.--/-***---‘.
Bernie Miller
MPCA Lic.Ito. 1921
