One condition called <br /> for the replacement of your septic system with a proper system by <br /> June 15, 1995 . I have been informed by Steve Weckman, On-Site <br /> Systems Manager for the City, that you have neither obtained the <br /> necessary permit for system replacement nor have you replaced the <br /> system. Although you have apparently inquired with Mr. Weckman <br /> regarding an alternative site for the system, it is imperative that <br /> you contact Mr. Weckman at 473-7357 immediately to inform him of <br /> your plans to replace the system. <br /> In the event the system is not replaced by July 5, 1995, we will <br /> be forced to commence our prosecution of this matter.
