(A12166) <br /> The property owner is(proposing a landscaping project along his driveway that will <br /> include importing 200 to 250 cubic yards of fill. Because the project includes about a <br /> dozen boulder outcrop's each 6 to 12 square feet it would trigger the buffer <br /> requirement. When I brought this up to the property owner he indicated he had <br /> restored his wetlando or three years ago; had a permit from MCWD. We don't have <br /> anything in our file on i . It doesn't look much different from any other wetland of this <br /> type to me. Please vis t the site and let me know if what is there would satisfy the <br /> buffer requirements. . <br /> I am enclosing the building permit survey, which shows the wetland as delineated in <br /> 2001. I know this is oldler than we would normally accept but would like to avoid <br /> requiring a new delinea ion until I know more about the situation.
